Free Parent Life Cover – Keeping Your Family Protected With Aviva

I am delighted Aviva are sponsoring this promotion of their Free Parent Life Cover

As a new parent a million worries fill your mind every day. It starts from the minute you see those double lines on a pregnancy test. Your head is filled with new worries, new concerns and sheer panic about just about everything. From the big questions like “How will we cope with a new baby? How will we be the best parents we can be? How will we keep another human being alive??” to the slightly more trivial like “How do you change a nappy? How do you get a baby to sleep? How do you keep all your precious breakables safe from small sticky hands??”. As they grow your worries and concerns only magnify as they start reaching new milestones like rolling, crawling, weaning and walking, and you always have to stay several steps ahead. There are so many things to be thinking about constantly.

Something that no one wants to have to worry about though is what would happen to your family if the worst was to happen, and you or your partner passed away. It’s something that none of us want to think about, but something that we all do need to consider at some stage. If I was to pass away now, I would want to know that Dilan was set up as well as possible, and that financial worries were the least of my family’s concern while they dealt with something that difficult. Having some life cover means that some financial concerns could be taken care of.

Aviva understand how stressful day to day parenting can be, and they strongly believe in making it as stress free as they can to take out a small amount of life insurance as a starting point. They think it should be simple, easy and quick to set up life cover – leaving you free to spend more time baby proofing your house and cleaning up weaning mess.

As a small step in helping you become covered Aviva are offering a year of completely FREE parent life cover for each parent in every family with a child under four years old. The plan offers £15,000 of cover for each parent meaning £30,000 of cover per child. There are no strings attached, no credit or debit card details required and it’s really easy to apply. You can begin the plan any time between your child’s birth and their fourth birthday, cover starts as soon as you’ve completed the short application form on your phone/tablet/computer and lasts for a full 12 months. You can find full details and more information about Aviva’s Free Parent Life Cover #avivafreeparent here.

When Aviva initially approached me about their free life cover I was really impressed, and I think it’s a really great way for parents of young children to start making these kinds of plans. No one wants to think of what life would be like without their partner, or what would happen to their children if they passed away, but as parents it is something we need to think about. Aviva are making it really simple for you to get some basic cover and some genuine peace of mind for your family, and it’s great to know that one of those endless worries is as taken care of as it can be.

What a fantastic way of providing peace of mind for some of those tricksy early years of being a parent!

Life cover is so important. I have been thinking about this for a while as it’s something my hubby and daughter would benefit from if my health got really bad and I died which is a real possibility for me.

Life cover is so important along with a will. We’ve finally got both in place and I feel much more relaxed now if the worst did happen.

This is something I keep meaning to do so this is a good reminder that I should just get it sorted out now instead of putting it off until it is too late.

Life cover is something neither my husband or I have and we really should! It’s jusy hard to think about that sort of stuff isn’t it but, like you said, you need to know your kids will be ok financially if the worst did happen.xx

Life cover is so important. We have a cover that would pay off our mortgage if something happened to one of us.

Great for peace of mind. There are many insurances out there and you have to really do some research to get the best deal.

Working in the industry I know how important it is to have life cover, espically when there’s small children involved. We have cover which would pay off the mortgage should the worst happen x
