We recently received a package from Crayola as part of an Instagram campaign we were working on, and we had so much fun creating a few works of art that I really wanted to share some more pictures from that afternoon.
I’m really proud of some of these photos, all of which I took & edited myself. Photography is obviously something I love, and Adam has been so great at helping me to learn and improve and I can really see how far I’ve come in these shots. I often toy with the idea of sharing some photography tips on my blog, so do let me know if you’d be interested in that!
Putting out a variety of media and leaving the rest up to your little one is a great way to get their creative juices flowing. I often find that Dil struggles to sit in a chair for a long period, but if we spread out on the kitchen floor it seems to make it a bit more fun. Here I laid out felt tip pens, crayons, Twistables and some paints, and Dil set to work creating two beautiful pieces which we then put into frames.
